How can I contact Grow?
The best way to contact Grow’s team is by logging into your portal. If you are not an established customer, you can get in touch with us by following the prompts in this form. If you are a new client and require assistance to book an appointment with a provider, please call us at (646) 687-9932.
When is support available?
Our Support teams are available for Live Chat and Callback services within your Portal Monday through Friday. Live Chat is available 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST, and Callbacks are available 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
Why am I required to log in to get support?
